Eagles' OT Jordan Mailata lifts up kicker Jake Elliot

Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Jordan Mailata is 6-foot-8 and 365 pounds, while kicker Jake Elliott is 5-foot-9 and 167 pounds.

After Elliot made a 54-yard field goal to seal the Eagles' overtime win on Sunday against the Washington Commanders, Mailata ran over and picked him up.

It almost looked like the iconic scene in "The Lion King" where Rafiki lifted Simba up over Pride Rock for the entire savanna to see–except Elliot didn't describe it quite like that.

"Scary. Scary. Ever see "The Longest Yard" scene? Yeah…," Elliott said of what it felt like when Mailata lifted him up to celebrate

In the scene that Elliot is referring to from the 2005 comedy, "Switowski" (Bob Sapp) lifts up "Caretaker" (Chris Rock) with excitement after he's asked to play football.

Caretaker proceeds to say, "Down, Shrek down!"

Elliott has now kicked five game-winners for the Eagles and made 4 of 5 kicks from 50-plus yards so far this season.

And out of 12 total attempts, Elliott has missed just one.
