The Philadelphia Eagles have several guys that have been through this before. They aren't completely naive to the Super Bowl despite the fact the Chiefs have been there three times in the last four years.

But, it is fair to say that a lot has changed since the last time those guys were in the Super Bowl. For All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson, things have definitely changed.

"Yeah. I feel like the older you get the little wiser you get," Johnson said. "So like I was saying the last two days, I didn't document it as well as I wanted to. So I've been doing more of that and it's a lot nicer when you're not frozen in. I can't go outside and turn and turn into a popsicle. So yeah."

Johnson was asked if he has been in a better place this time around mentally than he was last time. The way he was talking and laughing, I'd say yes, he was.

This whole week can take a toll on these players. For the most part, they aren't really getting to see their families as they prepare all week for the most important game of their lives.

Then add on top of that they are in a completely different city away from home, and their schedules are completely different than what they are used to. Lets also not forget that anxiety is a real thing, and players can get anxiety talking to media especially new media people they have never seen before in their life.

Mental health is important and it feels good to know that some players are making it known. It also feels good to know Johnson is handling this week better than he did before.
