Eagles, Sirianni

This year the Philadelphia Eagles are one of the best teams in the league. they could very well have the best coach in the league, too. If not, Nick Sirianni could still win the Coach of the Year Award. That is how good he has been.

He is also a great personality when it comes to media conferences and doing segments or interviews on TV. He always gives the right quote and never leaves it too short.

On Tuesday, coach Sirianni was on the Pat McAfee show, and he almost forgot he was a coach for a second. Take a look at how he acted when he joined the show live.

"Jalen Hurts is a dawg," Sirianni yelled on live TV.

For a second he acted like a fan, because I know I'm not the only one that yells that at my TV after Hurts gets a huge play during the game.

You love to see your coach have this type of enthusiasm, especially when it comes to getting on TV and doing segments.

Coach Sirianni is fired up about how his quarterback has played this year, as he should be. Hurts is looking like the best quarterback in the league and is definitely in the early MVP conversation so far.

The way McAfee and his crew reacted tells me they think the same thing.

But, while most of the talk will go to Hurts, and rightfully so, no one is talking about the season Sirianni is having. He has put this team in a position to break franchise records.

This team hasn't started 4-0 since 2004, which was 18 years ago. And, if all goes right, their schedule is showing that they could start the season 10-0, which is something that has never been done in the franchise's history.
