The Philadelphia Eagles are now 23-9 when they play on the road under head coach Nick Sirianni after taking down the Los Angeles Rams, 37-20, at SoFi Stadium.

The Eagles' seventh straight win this season keeps them ranked first in the NFC East and well in the playoff hunt.

Their chances to make the 2024 NFL playoffs have now jumped from 98% to 99%. The Eagles also have a nice 94% chance to win the division, an 18% chance for a first-round bye, and a 10% chance to win the Super Bowl.

While several Eagles players did their job well in LA, Philly fans should be bowing down to running back Saquon Barkley for putting the team in a perfect spot ahead of Week 13.

Barkley rushed 26 times for a career-high 255 yards and two touchdowns, breaking the Eagles' single-game rushing record along the way. He also caught four catches for an additional 47 yards.

Barkley credited the Eagles' offensive line for another successful night on the ground.

"It [starts] up front," Barkley said on the live NBC broadcast after the game. "Everybody up front did an excellent job. … Just continue to trust in the scheme and trust in those guys. They make me look a lot better out there."

Barkley entered the matchup with 1,137 rushing yards which has turned into 1,392 on the season. That puts him on pace for an NFL record-breaking 2,151 yards rushing, according to Eliot Shorr-Parks.

"He's a hell of a player," Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts said of Barkley after the win with a giant smile on his face. "He's the best in the league. He's the best at what he does."

Looking ahead at the rest of the Eagles' schedule, they shouldn't have many bumps in the road. However, they still need to face the Baltimore Ravens (7-4) in Week 13 and the Pittsburgh Steelers (8-3) in Week 15. They also have a rematch against Washington in Week 16.

But as long as Barkley can stay healthy, then winning is in the Eagles' favor down the road.

"They [Eagles] welcomed me with open arms," Barkley said. "I'm having fun. I'm ready to go out there and continue to play at a high level and get ready for next week."
