The Philadelphia Eagles have already interviewed a few guys for their open defensive coordinator spot for the 2023 season. The Eagles had the best all-around defense in the league last season when you factor in pass rush, pass defense, and run stop.

They will need someone who can help bring that back next year, and possibly make it better. So far, their latest interview would say that they are relying on experience in the coordinator spot.

Vance Joseph has a lot of experience. Just last year he was the Arizona Cardinals' defensive coordinator. Before that, he was the head coach of the Denver Broncos for a season.

Joseph has been in the league as a defensive coach since 2005. He can bring experience to the Eagles' defense, and maybe fix some of the glaring holes we saw last season.

Joseph will interview with the Eagles, but Denver also wants him. Let's hope if he is the guy the Eagles want, they can snatch him up before Denver does.
