Starting running back D'Andre Swift practiced all week before popping up on the Philadelphia Eagles' final injury report.

Swift was a limited participant on Friday due to an illness and is now considered questionable ahead of Sunday's Week 18 matchup against the New York Giants.

This should be nothing to be concerned about since Swift practiced in some capacity and he should be good to go by Sunday after taking Saturday to rest.

For now, the Eagles plan to start all of their key players in the lineup vs. the Giants while they play to win with hopes of clinching the NFC East and moving back up to the No. 2 seed. They'll still need a Dallas Cowboys loss but it could be worth a shot.

Swift notched 1,000 rushing yards for the first time in his career last week and is currently 4th in the NFL for most rushing yards heading into Sunday.

He was also selected to his first Pro Bowl.
