The 2025 NFL Draft is less than two weeks away, and they could have their eyes on adding another Georgia Bulldogs product to their defense.

According to Eliot Shorr-Parks of 94WIP, the Eagles hosted Georgia star safety Malaki Starks on a Top 30 visit this month.

"The Eagles used a Top 30 visit on Georgia safety Malaki Starks, per a league source. Eagles would likely need to trade up, but they have a ton of interest in Starks," Schorr-Parks wrote on X/Twitter.

Starks enters the draft after recording 197 tackles and six interceptions in three seasons with the Bulldogs. His overall 2024 production took a dip compared to 2023, though it's worth noting that he had taken on various roles in the secondary.

If the Eagles were to draft Starks, he would feel right at home since they already have six former Georgia defenders on their roster.

While speaking to reporters at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, Starks raved about potentially reuniting with Philly's defensive tackle and former fellow Dawg Jalen Carter (or Green Bay Packers Javon Bullard) at the next level.

"My freshman year, Jalen Carter sat across from me. When I got to Georgia, I was expecting, like, they had all these people, great guys, some people probably stuck up, or whatever it may be, but everybody was cool," Starks said.

"And I remember JC and Javon Bullard, like I remember standing at my locker one day, and JC walked up to me. He was like, 'Go get it. Go get it. You can do it. I see you, keep working.' And that just kind of gave me that confidence. Because you know, if you ask me, JC is the best player I've ever played with, hands down. And I think just the thing that you doing in league, you just see it as well. So just being with those guys, that standard on the Smith, those guys, really played a really big part in my role at the University of Georgia. So it would an honor to play with them for sure."

The Eagles love drafting Georgia products and could use a talented weapon like Starks in their secondary after losing C.J. Gardner-Johnson via trade with the Houston Texans last month.

The only problem is that the "Philly Dawgs" pick last in the first round and it's more than likely that Starks will be gone by then. But, if the Eagles really want Starks, then general manger Howie Roseman will not be afraid to trade up to get him.
