Miles Sanders and the Philadelphia Eagles are due to play the Chicago Bears on Sunday in Chicago for Week 15, and Sanders is expecting to see an old friend.

The Bears are struggling this season, which, to be honest, is something we kind of expected. The Eagles, well, they are the best team in football, which is something we kind of didn't expect.

Some people will say they expected it, but the reality is, I don't think anyone expected them to be 12-1 right now.

But that isn't the point. Traveling to Chicago will be good for Sanders, who is having a great season because he will get to see an old friend of his.

Jaquan Brisker, the Bears' young safety, is from the same area as Sanders and went to the same college in Penn State. On Sunday they will get to play against each other.

"Same neighborhood, same college…to be in the situation that we're both in means a lot, really means a lot. Because all I wanted to do was put on for my city," Sanders said per Zach Berman of The Athletic.

This has to be huge for both of them. They made it out when the odds were against them because let's face it, it's extremely hard to make it in the NFL.

We could even see Sanders run through Brisker, or Brisker lay a huge hit. Brisker has been on the injury report this week with a concussion but has been a full participant every day.

That could be a matchup to watch.
