Three Philadelphia Eagles tight ends, Dallas Goedert, Albert Okwuegbunam, and C.J. Uzomah, are in Nashville, Tennessee this week getting some extra work in with some of the best in the league at Tight End University.
The invite-only camp is run by George Kittle, Travis Kelce, and former Pro Bowler-turned broadcaster Greg Olsen.
This year marks the fourth year since the trio kicked off together the camp in 2021.
Tight End University or TEU is a three-day minicamp for tight ends to not only work together on the field but also get to know each other off of it, according to TEU's official website:
Founded in 2021 by NFL Tight Ends George Kittle, Travis Kelce and Greg Olsen, Tight End University was created to bring the Tight End community together for an immersive three-day program. Over the course of the summit, attendees are able to bond, collaborate with, and learn amongst their peers while participating in a variety of activities including film study, on-field drills, recovery, rehabilitation, and more. In addition to current players, TEU also features several retired legends who provide attendees with the invaluable opportunity to learn from some of the best to ever play the game.
Beyond supporting our athletes, TEU is also driven to give back to the community through a variety of charitable initiatives. Thanks to the help of our sponsors, we are able to help raise money for various organizations and at the conclusion of the event donate all proceeds to charities selected by our hosts.
Some other notable tight ends attending this year's clinic include Bills' Tre' McKitty, Vikings' Shaun Beyer, Robert Tonyan and Josh Oliver, Ravens' Isaiah Likely, Lions' Sam LaPorta, Saints' Foster Moreau and Juwan Johnson, Giants' Daniel Bellinger and Jack Stoll, Rams' Colby Parkinson, 49ers' Eric Saubert, Patriots' Austin Hopper, Jaguars' Evan Engram, Bears' Cole Kmet, and Bengals' Drew Sample.
A handful of quarterbacks are also in attendance, including Cowboys' Dak Prescott.
