We all know that Jalen Hurts is probably first in the MVP race right about now. I mean, he is having an insane season and one we haven't seen from an Eagles quarterback in quite some time.
Well, one Dallas Cowboys player had something to say about that this week. Micah Parsons threw out the notion that maybe Hurts is having such a great season because of the scheme and the team around him.
Hurts was asked about his thoughts and responded that they are focused on the Bears right now.
Then, Jordan Mailata was asked about the comments, and his answer was even better.
“We’ve got the Chicago Bears, not the Chicago Micah Parsons.”
Which, if you have followed Mailata any, you know he has some great lines. this may be one of his best.
Mailata also threw in, that that's how they do things in Philly. They worry about their upcoming opponent, not the one after, and the one prior. He mentioned maybe the Cowboys should do the same, and even dropped a little F-bomb in there.
The Eagles aren't worried about that right now, but when Cowboys week rolls around, you bet they will be ready to shut that down.
