The Philadelphia Eagles won't have it as easy as we all think when Sunday rolls around against the New Orleans Saints.
Let's just start with this. The Saints are a better team than their record would suggest. They have an incredibly balanced roster but have dealt with injuries all season long, and still are.
But, if you aren't careful, they can beat you in every area, but that's if they are having a good day when it comes to coaching because Dennis Allen isn't doing too great.
Of course, Alvin Kamara is still on the team and is still an elite running back, even if the stats don't say so. They have some good young receivers and a serviceable quarterback in Andy Dalton.
Oh, let's also not forget that Cam Jordan is still on the team.
But none of that is the main reason Eagles fans should be worried. None of that is the main reason it won't be as easy as some may think.
It's because there is a huge chance that the Eagles' MVP candidate quarterback Jalen Hurts won't play.
Hurts is listed as doubtful on the Friday injury report, and per Adam Schefter, anytime this season a player has been doubtful, they didn't end up playing on Sunday.
Of course, we hope this is the one time that is wrong, but we will have to see.
Gardner Minshew did well in his first start of the season last week. However, he isn't Hurts, and that's no slight at him.
This game won't be as easy as Eagles fans think it will be.
