Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts made NFL history on Christmas Day against the New York Giants.

In the first quarter of the game, Hurts rushed for his 15th rushing touchdown of the 2023 season, breaking Cam Newton's 2011 record for most rushing TDs in a single season.

Of course, Hurts' history-making touchdown came on a 'Tush Push' play.

Hurts has now recorded 41 total rushing touchdowns over his career so far, ranking fourth on the all-time list behind Newton (75), Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (51) and Hall of Fame QB Steve Young (43).

And just this season, Hurts has 34 total touchdowns, which makes him only one away from matching his 2022 franchise record of 35 TDs.

During the same game, Hurts saved a high snap that went through his hands.

After scooping up the bad snap, Hurts completed a pass to tight end Grant Calcaterra for a first down. The nine-yard completion marked Calaterra's first catch of the season.

Running back D'Andre Swift topped the drive off with a touchdown.

The Eagles must win out their next three games, starting with beating the Giants, for a shot at winning the NFC East and No. 1 seed.
