An offseason of change is in full effect for the Philadelphia Eagles. Some veterans for them will exit in free agency, while the Birds look for impact replacements.

The 2026 NFL draft will also play a key role in the short and long-term outlook of Nick Sirianni’s team. As free agency is set to begin this week, I ran through a multi-round mock draft scenario that I will update as the Eagles reach agreements with free agent options.

Eagles 3-round mock draft entering NFL free agency

Round 1, Pick 23: Blake Miller, OT, Clemson

The Eagles get a jumpstart on the future at offensive tackle. Lane Johnson is back in the fold for 2026, but his long-term future is certainly up in the air after mulling retirement this offseason. Miller has a high ceiling and could be a pro for quite some time due to his size, strength, and smooth feet.

“The right tackle job was his from the jump, making him just the fourth true freshman to start on the offensive line in the last 50 years of the Clemson program. He would go on to log 54 career starts and nearly 3,800 career snaps with Clemson — all but 125 of those snaps came at right tackle. Miller was named First-Team All-ACC in both of his final two seasons with the program, including a senior year that saw him elect to play in the Tigers’ bowl game against Penn State.” — Kyle Crabbs

Round 2, Pick 54: Keith Abney, CB, Arizona State

Abney is a really fun cornerback prospect who plays with a ton of energy on the gridiron. The Sun Devils defender plays some of the best man coverage in the class when he doesn’t lose at the line of scrimmage. Getting engaged early helps him, and he can make plays on the ball like a wide receiver.

“Abney is one of the more complete cornerback packages in this years’ draft class. An extremely versatile player, Abney’s stickiness in coverage and excellent tracking skills will allow him to play at both positions at the next level. His habit of grabbing on to receivers in man coverage will cause issues at the next level, but if Abney is able to refine his technique, he has the ability to be one of the most plug and play prospects in the class.” — JT Ruhnke

Round 3, Pick 68: Joshua Josephs, EDGE, Tennessee

Josephs interviewed seemingly quite well at the NFL Scouting Combine, and his stock continues to sit around the day two range. For the Eagles, I expect they bring back Jaelan Phillips early in free agency – or even find a high potential replacement on the market.

With that, Josephs can play more of a depth role to begin his NFL career. That will help his transition. Josephs has a multitude of pass rush moves that impressed in the SEC.

Round 4, Pick 98: Justin Joly, TE, NC State

Joly is a dynamic mover at the tight end position, and I like his fit for Sean Mannion’s scheme. Mannion helped the Green Bay Packers offense unlock Tucker Kraft, and we could see that sort of development in Philadelphia with a rookie TE.

The Wolfpack product would be a great candidate for making plays after the catch with Jalen Hurts as his quarterback, and he also has strong hands to be reliable on third downs. Makes a ton of sense at this value for the Eagles.
