During an appearance on College GameDay back in November, Jason Kelce was involved in an incident with a fan at Penn State. A video went viral showing the former Philadelphia Eagles center smashing a man's phone after he called his brother, Travis, a gay slur for dating Taylor Swift.

There were multiple videos that appeared from the incident, and in one, Kelce was seen repeating the slur back to the man who said it first.

Following the incident, the Penn State police said that they were going to investigate. But the Associated Press reported on Wednesday that they will not charge Kelce.

"University Police and Public Safety public information officer Jacqueline Sheader confirmed in an email to the Associated Press on Tuesday night that the case has been closed. The Philadelphia Inquirer first reported that the investigation was closed without charges against Kelce.

Sheader’s email added that the individual in a video that went viral on social media has not been identified, and no one has come forward to police with a complaint about damage to personal property," the Associated Press wrote.

Kelce also took a moment back in November to apologize for his actions on Monday Night Countdown

"I think everybody's seen on social media everything that took place this week. Listen, I'm not happy with anything that took place. I'm not proud of it. And in a heated moment, I chose to greet hate with hate. And I just don't think that that's a productive thing. I really don't. I don't think that it leads to discourse and it's the right way to go about things. And at that moment, I feel down to a level that I shouldn't have," Kelce said.

"I think the bottom line is, I try to live my live by the golden rule. That's what I've always been taught. I try to treat people with common decency and respect, and I'm going to keep doing that moving forward, even though I feel short this week. I'm going to do that moving forward and continue to do that."

Now this situation is official in the past.
