The Philadelphia Eagles are 11-2 and have the third-best odds to make it to the Super Bowl (in most books), yet current and former team legends are squabbling about, well, current and past team drama.
It all kicked off when 15th-year veteran and fan favorite, Brandon Graham, brought up some apparent beef between Jalen Hurts and A.J. Brown after the latter made a postgame comment about how the passing game needs to get fixed. Graham spoke on the situation during a live radio show that was also live streamed at the time and it immediately went viral, sparking what now seems to be yearly speculation on some sort of drama in the team's locker room.
Graham's overall message was if you have something to say, go to the person directly instead of going through the media. Ultimately, he's right and it's the best way to handle things, even if he looked hypocritical saying this to the media and not Hurts or Brown, themselves (he later walked the comments back and apologized).
Well, his message got to plenty of eyes on social media and two very particular sets of eyes in Eagles legends Terrell Owens and Donovan McNabb. McNabb echoed Graham's message, which certainly irked Owens based off his response:

"The person that's complaining needs to be accountable, and I'm just being honest, and he knows this. I don't know the whole story, but I know that [Hurts] is trying and [Brown] could be better with how he responds to things. They were friends before this, but things have changed, and I understand that because life happens… Everybody has seen some things, but we need to be able to talk things out as men. But we need to let personal stuff go and let’s get right for this game because it’s like most of the time it’s just a conversation that needs to be had, but the person with the problem has to be willing to talk to the person other than (talking) to others…
"… I know 1 is trying and 11 could be better with how he responds to things. They were friends, but things have changed." – Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham on 94 WIP's The Brandon Graham Show
This isn't the first time Owens has slighted McNabb for the Eagles' loss to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XXXIX. The Hall of Famer once claimed the quarterback threw up in the fourth quarter because he was hungover and had been out drinking the night before the game. Their relationship has never been the same after that game, which is disappointing because they formed such a dynamic duo in 2004.
It sounds like Graham misspoke/took things a bit out of context. But if there is something going on, the Eagles need to squash it, immediately. They're one of the NFL's best teams and have a legit shot at making the Super Bowl. This kind of thing can really hurt the overall goal and become a big distraction, which is the last thing the Eagles need after what seems like they've finally turned the corner.
