Eagles Allen WR

Before Devon Allen was an Eagles wide receiver, he was an olympic hurdler. Now, he is both an olympic athlete and NFL player. His athleticism has been on full display during this preseason. Allen is fighting for a roster spot as a depth WR for the Eagles. Plays like the rookie made today are what will earn him that role.

Allen specialized in the 110-meter hurdles, and his speed has proven to be extremely impressive. He also played WR for the Oregon Ducks from 2014-2016.

We will see if he locks down a role in the offense after the Eagles did add some talent at the position in the offseason. No one could ever doubt his athletic upside, regardless. Keep an eye on Allen going forward for the Eagles.
