It was a stressful four quarters but the Pittsburgh Steelers reigned victorious.
Going to 5-3 and staying in the mix, it was a must-win and Pittsburgh did just that.
Here are the plays that changed the game:
Atta Boy Naj
This was a sight for sore eyes among Steelers fans, as Najee reaches paydirt after a beautifully executed power run call in the low redzone.
We'll see if they can keep it up.
Watt Else is New
No helmet? No problem.
Watt continues to impress, recording his 10th sack of the year, with more than half the season to go. With his brother in attendance, you had to know he would show out.
Kenny Miss-It
Kenny struggled mightily with his ball placement in the first half, and to be honest for much of the year, it has been the narrative surrounding his play.
To be fair, he is known to turn it on in the second half, something we would see if he could continue…
Steelers Lose Holcomb
Holcomb is the green dot on defense, meaning he signals the calls and is responsible for getting everyone aligned.
Pittsburgh will miss not having the QB of their defense.
Pickens Can't Stick It
The Steelers would have to settle for a field goal after Pickens was unable to get his second foot down on this excellent throw from Kenny. Maybe It's because we have come to expect the exceptional out of Pickens, but this a catch that he has to make.
DJ Shows Up When You Need Him
These are the moments that you pay your players for, and it's why Diontae Johnson was extended by Pittsburgh.
Got to have it situation, down late, and he comes up big.
Warren Busts It
Here was the big run that set up first and goal for the Steelers to help put them up late in the game.
Warren was explosive and dynamic all game, but no run mattered more than the one above, especially when you see what happened after:
Break The Streak!
This was Dionate Johnson's first TD since Week 17 in 2021, where he last caught a touchdown from Big Ben Roethlisberger.
Needless to say, it couldn't have come at a better time.
Wallace's Redemption
This was a scary play initially, as Titans WR Treylon Burks was carted off on a stretcher, but we soon received word that it was precautionary, and Burks had movement in all his extremities.
That meant the big stop by Wallace was notable, especially given some of his recent struggles.
Kwon Calls Game
What a way to end it for the Steelers and from an unsung hero nonetheless.
A terrific play from the vet to end the game, Kwon Alexander stepped up when Pittsburgh needed him to, especially with Cole Holcomb out for the game.
