Steelers Injury Report, Week 15, Thursday

Observations:
- Diontae Johson: Johnson has been off the injury report since returning from the hamstring injury that placed him on the I.R. We'll see how serious the injury is when official game status' are revealed tomorrow, but popping up out of nowhere on the injury report isn't a good thing. On Thursday, Johnson practiced in full and is set to play against Indy.
- T.J. Watt: Watt was dinged on the first play from scrimmage against the Patriots, though he was able to finish the contest. Watt would then be placed in concussion protocol, but there has been some controversy surrounding his return to the game. On Tuesday, Watt participated in practice in a limited fashion which is a good sign for his availability on Saturday. That was confirmed on Wednesday when Watt participated in a full capacity and was cleared from concussion protocol on Wednesday night.
- Alex Highsmith: Highsmith left the Patriots game and didn't return following a neck injury. He too was then placed in concussion protocol. On Tuesday, Highsmith also was cleared to practice in a limited capacity which bodes well for his availability. Highsmith followed up a limited participation on Tuesday with another on Wednesday. On Thursday, Highsmith practiced in a full capacity and was cleared from concussion protocol shortly after the release of the injury report, and has moved from questionable to likely to play.
- Kenny Pickett: Pickett continues to rehab from his ankle surgery, with the timetable set at 2-4 weeks, although it is believed that he will be closer to the latter regarding his return. On Monday, Coach T added: "Kenny is definitively out," confirmed by a DNP on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Najee Harris: Despite playing on a short week last week, Harris was a non-participant with a knee injury, though Coach Tomlin added that he will likely play against the Colts. On Wednesday, Harris was a full participant will signals an arrow trending up as far as his availability for Saturday, which was confirmed on Thursday's report.
- Isaac Seumalo: The big OL nursed a shoulder injury last week but he was also able to play, likely meaning the Steelers just don't want him to overdo things ahead of a must-win game. On Wednesday, Seumalo remained out, but the vet has taken days off earlier in the year for rest so that may be the same here. On Thursday, Seumalo sat out practice again is officially listed as questionable for Saturday's game.
- Elandon Roberts: The least likely to have played against the Patriots, Roberts still pulled off the start and was effective, meaning he probably didn't participate out of precaution. On Wednesday, Roberts returned in a limited capacity followed by full participation on Friday, making him an obvious starter for Saturday.
