We have known for months that the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens were going to face off to close out the regular season.

But up until Sunday, the date and time of the competition had yet to be revealed.

The NFL just changed that:

Steelers At Ravens, Week 18

What It Means:

The Baltimore Ravens locked up the number one seed in the AFC after a resounding win over the Miami Dolphins on New Year's Eve day. With home-field advantage, a first-round bye, and Lamar Jackson all but ending the MVP conversation, it's widely believed that Baltimore will sit their starters against the Steelers.

Pittsburgh is already favored to win the matchup, even though no formal announcement has been made regarding the status of the Ravens starters.

Baltimore's lack of urgency in the competition likely played a key role in the scheduling of the game, although a stand-alone contest will likely draw considerable viewership.
