The Pittsburgh Steelers will be watching Saturday’s game between the Green Bay Packers and Baltimore Ravens with bated breath. Should the Packers beat the Ravens without Lamar Jackson, the Steelers can wear their hats and t-shirts to the Browns stadium on Sunday, having been crowned victors of the AFC North.

But if that doesn’t happen, the Steelers will be taking on a Browns team in a very depleted state. That much was confirmed yesterday when multiple starters were ruled out amid the suspension of DK Metcalf. Well, the Steelers added to that list on Saturday, but they did receive help in one key area.

Isaac Seumalo out, Jalen Ramsey in for Sunday against Browns

The Steelers were without Seumalo last week as well, and that didn’t slow them down as they had one of their most explosive games on the ground all season. However, the team still had its top two threats on the perimeter at its disposal, something Pittsburgh will be missing this week.

Oh, and the Lions’ defense doesn’t have Myles Garrett out there trying to break the single-season sack record the same way he will be on Sunday. The good news for the Steelers, however, is that Jalen Ramsey will be in the lineup despite dealing with an illness all week.

A rookie quarterback via Shedeur Sanders will have to worry about one of the more manipulative defensive backs in the league now. And while T.J. Watt won’t be out there on Sunday, Nick Herbig will be back, and Alex Highsmith is out there after looking the best he has all year against the Lions.

The bottom line is that the Steelers will be dinged up, but the Browns are a bad football team. Pittsburgh should have no issue, but history has suggested otherwise. We’ll see how things go on Sunday, though.
