Just because the waves of free agency are no longer surfer material, it doesn't mean there aren't still players to be had.

One of those players is Pro Bowler and NFL sensation Odell Beckham Jr.

And according to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, Pittsburgh could be a destination for OBJ, and another former Raven turned Steeler this offseason:

A Different Shade of Black?

"I think the Steelers are better off just playing it cheap, playing it safe, see what’s in the draft,” Mike Florio told 93.7 The Fan Wednesday when asked about moves at the WR position. “I’m intrigued by [Odell Beckham Jr.]. He’s available. He’s not gonna get the $15 million he got last year, and he still had moments last year in Baltimore. Players always love him and he wasn’t whining about his playing time or his production last year. I think as free agency gets deeper and deeper into March and into April, some of these veteran guys are gonna be cheaper to get. Couple that with a draft pick or two, and I think you have what you need.”

While I tend to agree with the process of what Florio is saying, I just don't think OBJ is a fit in Pittsburgh. The Steelers tend to target veteran WRs for the slot as opposed to outside, and it's unlikely that Beckham will want to move there.

Beyond that, He's not really a personality fit for the Steelers, though I probably would have said the same thing about Russell Wilson a few months ago.

And if we know anything about Omar Khan and the new way the Steelers do business, it's to expect the unexpected.

But some things just don't align, with Beckham and Pittsburgh unlikely to see eye to eye.
