The Steelers sustained multiple injuries in the loss vs. the Jaguars

With two of their most critical players ruled out in the first half, whatever update we received would be met with plenty of anticipation.

Here's what Coach Tomlin had to say:

Minkah Fitzpatrick:

This was the play that ultimately ruled Fitzpatrick out of the contests which was noted as a Hamstring injury. Coach Tomlin told reporters that he has nothing of substance to give based on the severity of the injury.

Kenny Pickett:

This hit would ultimately rule Kenny Pickett out after a hectic sort of updates and events. It appeared Pickett was good to go after coming onto the sideline after halftime, throwing the ball, and being listed as probable.

That would quickly change after his attempted passing, where he was then ruled out.

Coach Tomlin also wouldn't disclose any further information at this time.
