The Pittsburgh Steelers are a disaster right now. They have lost four consecutive games and will host Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, not the ideal matchup when trying to turn things around.

Heading into the game, the Steelers' injury report on defense is a mile long with several cornerbacks out this Sunday as well as safety Minkah Fitzpatrick who is nursing a knee issue. To counter this, the Steelers have made a plethora of roster moves.

DeMarvin Leal was already ruled out for this Sunday due to a knee injury. The Steelers took Leal in the third round of April's NFL draft. So far, the former Texas A&M Aggie has appeared in all five games (made his first NFL start in Week 5) but logged just nine tackles.

Journeyman Joshua Jackson had stints with the Packers, Giants, Chiefs, and Cardinals before signing to the Steelers' practice squad in September. He's appeared in 46 games (15 starts) since he was drafted in 2018 and registered just 92 tackles.

Elijah Riley and Quincy Wilson will go back to the Steelers practice squad after Sunday without having to clear waivers. Riley spend time with the Eagles and Jets during his first two seasons, appearing in 13 games with seven starts (all with the Jets in 2021) and logging 45 tackles.

Wilson's NFL resume is a little longer. A former second-round pick out of Florida by the Colts, Wilson spent three seasons there before being traded to the Jets in 2020. Wilson would only play in three games before he was waived and signed to the Giants practice squad. He didn't appear in a game for them and was released by the Dolphins in August after signing a reserve/future contract back in January.

Wilson has played in 32 games with 11 starts in five seasons and has recorded 61 tackles, two interceptions, and eight passes defended.
