A to Z Sports Film Room expert James Foster recently revealed his two-round mock draft with breakdowns of every single player picked including three picks by the Pittsburgh Steelers within the Top 50 picks.

Foster clarifies his mock is based on what he would do and his own evaluations of players as opposed to what he's "hearing" teams could do.

With the 17th overall pick, he's got the Steelers drafting Kenny Pickett's very own bodyguard.

"He played right tackle but he has played both tackle spots over his college career," explains Foster. "And I think he can be a replacement for Dan Moore at left tackle."

According to Foster, the Steelers would also be adding a guy who could potentially play guard if they prefer, meaning they'd be adding a versatile player for one of their biggest weaknesses. He sees the former Tennessee Volunteer as a potential steal in this Draft.

"I think Darnell Wright is being severely underrated and in this class especially is hard for me to put 32 players ahead of him."

Although they won't be making the pick on Thursday's opening night of the 2023 NFL Draft, the Steelers will essentially have the 32nd overall pick following the Miami Dolphins' forfeited selection in the first round.

With it, the Steelers are picking LB Trenton Simpson out of Clemson as a replacement for Devin Bush in the mock draft.

"This is a very bad linebacker class in my opinion," says Foster, arguing that it could be worth taking Simpson relatively early.

Finally, with the 49th pick, the Steelers take cornerback Kyu Blu Kelly out of Stanford in the mock draft.

"He has some of the best press coverage tape in this class," explains Foster while admitting he's higher on the former Cardinal as a prospect for the next level.
