The Pittsburgh Steelers, but more specifically LB Patrick Queen should be the last ones talking right now.

A little over a week removed from an embarrassing showing against the Baltimore Ravens, Queen should be somewhere on vacation (if he's over the flu.)

And to poke a little fun at his former teammate, he extended an invite…

Patrick Queen Tells Roquan Smith to join him on Vacation

Aww yeah Ro I saved the jet for ya

Queen is saying he saved the private jet for Ravens defender Roquan Smith, as Baltimore joins Pittsburgh in their offseason. But for Queen, the timing and intent of the tweet probably wasn't the best.

For one, it comes after a week where the Steelers' defense (including Queen) was scrutinized for their effort against that very Ravens team last week, prompting him to release a statement that he played with the flu in his playoff debut in the Black and Gold.

But things didn't end on good terms between Queen and the Ravens, as ahead of their first matchup in 2024, Queen cleared the air when asked why he didn't return to Baltimore despite being a Pro Bowler and former first-round pick:

"I wasn’t wanted back,” Queen said when asked about facing his old team for the first time. "I didn’t get the offer back. It was definitely kind of upsetting, you know, being there for four years and the bond that you grow with your teammates…

"…You put your body on the line every single time that you go out there even when you can barely move your leg or whatever the injury may have been… So I definitely did feel a certain type of way after the whole situation, but I’m over it now."

Either way, it's all water under the bridge at this point. Pittsburgh is reeling with questions about culture and the future direction of their franchise, but Queen is poking fun at the team they just lost to.

Par for the course in Pittsburgh.
