The bye week is gone and the back of the Pittsburgh Steelers season is here.

Facing what many believe is the hardest remaining schedule in the league, it starts when the Steelers travel to the DMV to take on the Washington Commanders this weekend.

Here is everything you need to know about the matchup and how-where to watch it.

Steelers-Commanders Broadcast Map

The Steelers, who are highlighted in red on the map are falling victim to the Kansas City Chiefs in terms of viewership, as the back-to-back champions (highlighted in blue) dominate the broadcast map for the CBS early window. They take on a 5-4 Denver Broncos team as they look to stay undefeated.

Announcing Team

Ian Eagle (play-by-play), Charles Davis (analysis), and Evan Washburn (field reporter) will be on the call as the Steelers face off in one of the best matchups of the week on Sunday afternoon.

What to Watch For

Russell Wilson off the bye

Wilson has been lights out in his first two starts while donning the black and gold, allowing the offense to unlock the deep portions of the field and more specifically, WR George Pickens.

This week will be his toughest test by far though. The Commanders might be 7-2 thanks in large part to rookie sensation and starting QB Jayden Daniels, but the defense is coordinated by HC Dan Quinn who is one of the brightest minds in the league on that side of the ball.

There is also the fact that the team just traded for a 4x All-Pro via CB Marshon Lattimore, setting up a potential battle between him and George Pickens

Steelers New Acquisitions

The Steelers were very active on deadline day, adding two household names via WR Mike Williams and pass rusher Preston Smith. Neither are long-term building blocks, but for a team who is content in competing for a seventh Super Bowl this season, they could be critical factors down the stretch.

Expect both to be on a snap count as they find their footing in a new setting on Sunday.
