If the Pittsburgh Steelers are going to turn their season around, it's going to have to start this weekend against the Buffalo Bills.

The Steelers are currently 1-3 and in last in the AFC North. The defense has played well this season, but the offense has been lackluster (at best).

As a result, Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin is rolling with rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett this weekend against the Bills.

Pickett saw action in Pittsburgh's loss to the New York Jets last Sunday. The game against Buffalo, however, will be his first career NFL start.

On Friday, a reporter asked Steelers star running back Najee Harris what kind of advice he has for Pickett.

Harris kept it simple — he just wants Pickett to know the team has his back.

That may not seem like a big message that's being sent, but what Harris said is important.

Pickett is a confident player — we saw that from the way he played in college. But it's a lot easier to go out and perform on Sundays when you know the whole team has your back.

And that's definitely the case in Pittsburgh when it comes to Pickett.

Beating Buffalo won't be easy — the Bills are one of the best teams in the NFL. But if Pickett can get it done, he'll become an instant fan favorite among the Steelers faithful.
