The Pittsburgh Steelers aren't in the playoffs, but they are making moves.

On Tuesday, the Steelers signed wide receiver Anthony Miller to a one-year contract.

Miller was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the second round in 2018. In three seasons, Miller amassed 134 receptions for 1,564 yards and 11 touchdowns. In July of 2021, Miller was traded to the Houston Texans. Unfortunately for Miller, he was released after two games on October 6.

That's when Miller found himself with the Steelers four days later after signing to their practice squad. He was elevated to the active roster in November but only caught one pass for two yards.

Miller signed a reserve/future contract last January. Whatever high hopes the Steelers had for Miller ended back in August when a shoulder injury put him on injured reserve for the season.

In 2023, Miller will have to get on his grind to earn a spot in the rotation at wide receiver for Pittsburgh which includes Diontae Johnson, George Pickens, and Calvin Austin.
