The Las Vegas Raiders are going nowhere positive in the time that Josh McDaniels has been the head coach. In fact, the year before he was hired, they made the playoffs, then they got better on paper, hired McDaniels, and somehow got worse.

How does that work? Ask the fan base; they are beyond ready to move on from the former Patriots. It sounds like former Raiders players are, too.

One former player explained why the "Patriots way" Josh McDaniels brings will never work.

"You can't force the Patriots way on a team with a Raider fanbase… That's like putting Taylor Swift on a track with future," former All-Pro punter Marquette Kings wrote on Twitter.

And, in my opinion, he makes a great point. This fan base is fiery, relentless, and does not give a damn about anything but winning, and they haven't seen that in a while, which just riles them up more.

Changes need to be made before next season, or we could see the same season thrice.
