Now, the Raiders have added one more name to show they are bringing experience around Antonio Pierce, who is still considered a rookie head coach.
The Raiders appear to be doing it all the right ay, and their latest hire may back that statement up even more, but the jury is still out. According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Raiders are hiring former Miami Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin.
Philbin has a ton of experience, and him coming on as a senior offensive assistant may be perfect. Only time will tell, but putting experience around Pierce seems perfect.
