Las Vegas Raiders are going to soon revert back to one of the more successful things they did before moving cities

The Las Vegas Raiders have a ton of history in every place they have ever been, besides Las Vegas. Well, they do have history in Las Vegas, it's just not good history yet. And, it will be, it will just take time. Hopefully, this new regime with former Super Bowl-winning head coach of the Seattle Seahawks Pete Carroll, will change things around.
But back in Oakland and Los Angeles, the history is rich. The Raiders haven't won a playoff game in 20 years, or a Super Bowl in 40 years, but the last time they did those things was in Oakland. Now, moving to Las Vegas was the right move financially, and Mark Davis has already proven that. But, it did hurt a lot of people, just like a lot of people are hurt by the Oakland Athletics moving to Las Vegas next year.
And, that's expected and rightful that they would be hurt. The Raiders are in a much better situation financially now. They still have to work on fan attendance and not opposing fans showing up, but honestly, as long as they are selling tickets that may not matter to them. And they still have to work on the on-field product, obviously. But Las Vegas has been good to them.
However, they are still trying to rekindle that relationship with the Bay Area. Last year they did with Los Angeles and moved the training camp to the area with then head coach Antonio Pierce being from that area. This year, they are doing something similar, only something that really should have never stopped.
On Sirius XM Radio, head coach Pete Carroll mentioned that they are trying to, and by trying to he means still working out all of the details, move their training camp back to Napa Valley. From 1996 to 2019 they did their training camp there. It's just outside San Francisco, so an area close to all of the Northern California fans.
And, this is really cool because this is where Brock Bowers is from. In fact, there are rumors that the camp will be held at his former grade school.
2025 could see the Las Vegas Raiders finally making the right choice in the NFL Draft
The Raiders would do that in a heartbeat.
