The New Orleans Saints are making more offensive changes. This time, their hand is being forced to do so for Thursday night against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

With offensive tackles James Hurst and Ramcyzk both out with injuries, Andrus Peat will start at LT, and Cam Erving will play RT for New Orleans.

This change is quite the shake-up. Even with those two tackles out for some of last week's game, Trevor Penning and Cesar Ruiz played OT for the Saints to finish the game.

This week, they are going in a different direction.

It is a tough indictment on the young Penning, but the Saints are sticking to their word. They've said that they want to give Penning time off from the starting lineup in order to hit a bit of a 'reset' before playing consistent snaps again.

For Peat, it will be a tall task, but he does have some experience playing tackle. On the flip-side, Erving has not started at RT in seven years. He has NFL experience at every spot on the OL in his career, though.

Erving will most likely be matched up with edge rusher Josh Allen. Allen has seven sacks this season. He's getting thrown into the fire, so we will see how the veteran responds for the Saints.

New Orleans is definitely shorthanded on the OL in Week 7, but it will give the unit a chance to have a new look. We will see how that works out.
