On the flip-side, running back Kendre Miller's status is up in the air for New Orleans. He is dealing with an illness. The sickness has been around the locker room since the middle of last week for the Saints.

DT Malcolm Roach is dealing with an illness as well. Both are questionable.

Linebacker Ty Summers is the only player listed as 'out' for the Saints for Week 9 as of Friday afternoon.

Every Week 1 starter for the Saints will be active in Week 9.

Bears QB Justin Fields practice on Friday, but he is doubtful for the matchup. Rookie QB Tyson Bagent is expected to start for Chicago once again against the Saints. The Bears will be without three important starters due to injury: defensive back Jaquan Brisker, offensive guard Nate Davis, and linebacker Tremaine Edmunds.

New Orleans clearly has an advantage on the injury report for Week 9. They must take advantage and improve to 5-4 on the season.
