One of the veterans on the team did not mince words after the disappointing performance. Saints defensive lineman Cameron Jordan has had an illustrious career in New Orleans. He's struggled this season, and he's clearly not happy with himself, or the team as a whole, for not living up to expectations.
Jordan made a strong statement regarding the reality of the Saints season.
"We are who we are. There's two games left. There's no sugarcoating this s***. It's frustrating to be in this position. I'm not sure the probabilities of whatever it is now, we just have to win out. At the end of the day there's no excuses, we just have to win out."

It's a sentiment that we have not seen from him often. Normally, Jordan shows a lot of positivity and backing for the Saints coaches.
After the biggest loss of the year, he had no interest in 'coach speak' – even as a veteran player for New Orleans. The frustrations have simply boiled over.
The Saints still have a shot at postseason with two wins in their final two games, but fans should not hold their breath. They no longer hold their own destiny.
