Carr's play has been inconsistent this season. Even he would tell you that. That being said, he's battled through a plethora of injuries to play in every game, and the Saints are in striking distance for a playoff spot.
All of that being said, he is proving that he is committed to the process in New Orleans. He loves his teammates and want to succeed with them. Recently, Carr said that he would be open to restructuring his deal in order to help the Saints salary cap situation.

The Saints staff and front office remain confident in Carr, aside from his struggles at times this season. Plus, there are strong reports that there will be offensive staff changes coming in New Orleans during the offseason.
