The New Orleans Saints have a handful of injuries that fans need to keep an eye on this week.

Of course, QB Derek Carr headlines that list. He did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday, but he has been in attendance.

On Thursday, tight end Foster Moreau returned to practice. Starting guard Cesar Ruiz and starting cornerback Paulson Adebo both did not practice, though. Rookie safety Jordan Howden also did not practice due to a finger injury.

Check out the entire Thursday injury report for the Saints in Week 4 below.

For the Saints, Ruiz's absence is the biggest one outside of Carr. The offensive line has struggled in the first three weeks of the year. Now, they may be without a key starter due to his concussion.

Adebo and Howden would both start this week on defense for New Orleans, so those absences are notable as well. Expect Alontae Taylor to play on the outside once again if Adebo misses their Week 4 game. Multiple safeties could fill Howden's role opposite Tyrann Mathieu if he must miss.

Moreau's return is a solid one for the Saints. He does a lot of dirty work at TE, and he is an impressive blocker. Having him in front of Alvin Kamara could play a role on Sunday.

Keep an eye on these statuses as Week 4 approaches for the Saints.
