Most of the west coast will see the game, though the Los Angeles area will understandably instead see the Rams' home game with the Washington Commanders. If the Rams lose, the 49ers will be division champions regardless of their result in Arizona.

Almost the entirety of Arizona will see 49ers-Cardinals on CBS, which is also showing the contest in several major cities including New Orleans, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston and Cleveland.

The 49ers won the first meeting with the Cardinals this season 35-16, although Arizona was quarterbacked by Josh Dobbs. Kyler Murray will be under center on Sunday.

San Francisco is a 12-point favorite to prevail and improve to 11-3.
