You surely have heard of us. You probably even personally know some of us. Heck, one of us might've already approached you ahead of this weekend's game between the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs.

You know, the sickos who every year around this time bring up the infamous Super Bowl prop bets. Alright, alright, I'll be more honest here: More specifically, we bring up the color of the Gatorade.

Every time both teams face each other for the Lombardi Trophy, big amounts of money are placed on sportsbooks betting what color the Gatorade thrown on the winning head coach is going to be.

It's become such a large phenomenon that not even Christian McCaffrey, who eludes defenders left and right like nobody else on the gridiron, could apply such skill to avoid questions about it. He did his best to break the tackle though.

When asked about the favorite Gatorade flavor of the Niners, CMC offered a blunt response.

"I have no idea," he replied to a reporter before catching a follow-up question on what was his own favorite flavor, to which he had a hilarious response. "I drink BODYARMOR."

The whole sequence was made legitimately funny thanks to the lone sponsorship being displayed in the mini stages/podiums put together for players on the Monday's Super Bowl opening night.

McCaffrey wasn't just trying to be funny, however. He's actually sponsored by BODYARMOR and was definitely trying to avoid pissing off his camp. In the process, though, Gatorade took a huge L which probably made them mad.

Huge PR dub for CMC ahead of one of the biggest weekends of his life.

Gatorade color odds for Super Bowl LVIII

Now, if you were wondering, here are the actual odds per bet363. The numbers below mean how much money you'd get per $100 you risk. For example, +200 lands you $200 of profit plus your original $100.

  • Blue +200
  • Purple +225
  • Orange +400
  • Yellow/Pink +600
  • Red/Pink +650
  • Clear/Water +1400
  • No Gatorade poured +1600

Well, thanks for nothing Christian. I guess we'll pick this one blindly, y'all. Give me orange.
