The San Francisco 49ers' final practice before their NFC Championship Game rematch with the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 13 provided a very welcome sight.
Defensive tackle Arik Armstead was back at practice having missed the previous two days with a foot injury.
He is on track to play as the Niners look to move within a game of the Eagles in the race for the number one seed in the NFC, and San Francisco appears set to have a clean bill of health.
49ers Injury report

Injury report observations
All three of the players listed as questionable practiced on Friday, indicating that not only will the 49ers have Armstead available to start on the interior defensive line, but they will also have Ray-Ray McCloud returning kicks as usual and third-string running back Jordan Mason active to potentially provide some thump in the run game.
Mason's presence could be of underrated importance with a high chance of rain in the forecast potentially pointing to a contest in which the ground attack will take on even more significance for two teams that already lean heavily on their respective rushing offenses.
But it is Armstead's return to practice that is the headline news. He and former Eagle Javon Hargrave have combined for 73 pressures and 11 sacks in their first season as the starting defensive tackle partnership.
Their success in being able to constrict the pocket from the interior with Nick Bosa and Chase Young rushing from the edge could play a critical role in the Niners' ability to contain Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts.
Defensive Player of the Year Bosa was added to the injury report with a toe issue but carries no injury designation for a game in which the 49ers will desperately need him to continue his recent hot streak.
On the other side of the trenches, starting right guard Spencer Burford is set to return from the knee injury that kept him out of last week's win over the Seattle Seahawks. He does not carry an injury designation.
