The San Francisco 49ers will attempt to get back on track after two successive defeats with a victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, but they will try to do so without two of their most important offensive players.
It was already known that Deebo Samuel would miss out with a hairline fracture in his shoulder.
But the 49ers will also be without All-Pro left tackle Trent Williams for a second straight game, the All-Pro left tackle still not healthy enough to play following an ankle injury suffered in the Week 6 defeat to the Cleveland Browns.

OT Trent Williams
Inactives observations
Williams' absence means Jaylon Moore will start a second successive game at left tackle.
Moore, albeit with plenty of help, held up reasonably well in pass protection in Monday's loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
But the Niners struggled to get the run game going as the 49er offensive line was consistently second best to the Minnesota six-man front and the pass blocking did not hold up on the plays where it mattered most for San Francisco.
The 49ers can ill-afford many more slip-ups if they are to contend for the number one seed in the NFC and the two games they played without Williams could eventually prove to be extremely costly if the Niners are once again forced to go on the road deep in the postseason come January.
