The 49ers will have both their starting linebackers available for the Week 2 clash with the Rams, though they will be down a cornerback.
Friday saw San Francisco hold its final practice before traveling to Los Angeles for an NFC West game in which they are heavily favored, and only one member of the 53-man roster was missing.
The Niners are hoping to win their ninth successive regular-season game against the Rams and head into the contest with their full starting defense available after Dre Greenlaw, who missed practice on Wednesday with a groin injury, practiced in full on Friday. He has no injury designation. They will, however, be without Samuel Womack III, the cornerback set for time on the shelf with an MCL issue.
Here is the 49ers' final injury report ahead of the Rams game:

Injury report observations
Womack, head coach Kyle Shanahan said on Friday, is poised to go on injured reserve. He is expected back this season but will miss around six to eight weeks.
The 49ers have Tre Swilling, Qwuantrezz Knight and former Packers fifth-round pick Shemar Jean-Charles on the practice squad.
One of that trio will likely be activated to the 53-man roster to take Womack's fifth corner spot and provide insurance to the top four of Charvarius Ward, Deommodre Lenoir, Ambry Thomas and Isaiah Oliver, all of whom saw significant snaps in Week 1 and will be expected to do so again in Week 2.
