The 49ers look likely to have Dre Greenlaw available for their Week 4 game with the Cardinals.

After missing Wednesday's practice because of an ankle injury, Greenlaw was back on the field on Thursday, suggesting he will have no problem being ready to aid the San Francisco defense against a Cardinals team that stunned the Cowboys last week.

Deebo Samuel was on hand for the walkthrough section of practice before leaving the field and heading to the weight room. Samuel missed Wednesday's practice with rib and knee issues. Fellow wide receiver Jauan Jennings, who is dealing with a shin issue, also left the field after the walkthrough.

Brandon Aiyuk missed the Week 3 win over the Giants with a shoulder injury. Having been limited on Wednesday, Aiyuk practiced without a non-contact jersey on Thursday, seemingly clearing the way for the 49ers' leading receiver from 2022 to return.

Ambry Thomas, who was limited to start the week, was on the practice field with no apparent limitations. The third-year cornerback did not play against the Giants because of a meniscus injury.

Veteran left tackle Trent Williams returned after having his usual Wednesday veteran day off.
