Brock Purdy's Christmas Day nightmare against the Baltimore Ravens ended with the San Francisco 49ers quarterback on the sideline after suffering a recurrence of a stinger.
Though Purdy threw four interceptions in the 33-19 loss to Baltimore, the 49ers will have been relieved he was able to practice in full on Wednesday as they prepare to face the Washington Commanders.
The 49ers held a walkthrough as they attempt to get back on track and claim a win that would put them one victory away from clinching the NFC's one seed, but their lengthy injury report presents some potentially significant issues.

Injury report observations
Save for Arik Armstead, whose foot and knee injuries appear no closer to healing, the biggest concern among those who did not practice is rookie safety Ji'Ayir Brown, who suffered a knee sprain that has the 49ers concerned about a potential long-term issue, according to Shanahan.
Brown has been largely excellent since replacing Talanoa Hufanga after the All-Pro tore his ACL and a prolonged absence would leave a huge hole that would most likely be filled by veteran Logan Ryan, signed earlier this month.
Shanahan expressed hope left guard Aaron Banks may be able to practice in a limited capacity on Thursday, his toe injury not as serious as the bout of turf toe that saw him miss two games earlier in the year.
All-Pro left tackle Trent Williams being limited with the groin injury he sustained in the loss to the Ravens is a more tangible cause for optimism.
The 49ers sorely missed Williams and wide receiver Deebo Samuel, the clear tone-setters on offense for San Francisco, when they were each out for two games earlier this year. Samuel was limited with a neck injury but there's no indication he may miss Sunday's game.
Jauan Jennings does appear at risk of missing a second straight game with a concussion, however. Backup tackle Jaylon Moore also remains in the protocol. The 49ers re-signed veteran Matt Pryor to the active roster on Wednesday and he would likely be the swing tackle in what appears a probable absence for Moore.
Defensive tackle Javon Hargrave had six pressures in his return from a hamstring injury against the Ravens, so the 49ers will be desperate to ensure he is not sidelined this week. Cornerback Ambry Thomas was a standout in coverage, and the 49ers will face a question of what to do in the slot if his knee and hand injuries prevent Deommodore Lenoir from kicking inside on nickel downs.
Backup running back Elijah Mitchell, linebacker Oren Burks and tight end Ross Dwelley are all expected to return to action from injuries this week.
Wide receiver Danny Gray practiced in full after the 49ers opened his 21-day window. Gray has missed the entire season with a shoulder injury.
