The San Francisco 49ers' Week 10 game with the Jacksonville Jaguars is one of the most fascinating of the Sunday slate.

San Francisco heads to Jacksonville looking to end a three-game losing streak against a Jaguars team that has won its last five games.

Jacksonville is atop the AFC South at 6-2 with one of the top young quarterbacks in the game in Trevor Lawrence and a defense that is third in the NFL in Expected Points Added per play. The 49ers, meanwhile, are at the summit of the NFC West at 5-3 with quarterback Brock Purdy looking to shake off a recent spate of turnovers and a defense aiming to get back to its best with a blockbuster new addition in Chase Young.

All those factors would appear to point to 49ers-Jaguars getting Fox's top broadcast crew.

That is not the case.

San Francisco's visit to Jacksonville will be called by Joe Davis with Daryl Johnston serving as the color analyst and Pam Oliver the sideline reporter.

Davis, Johnston and Oliver make up Fox's No. 2 broadcast team behind Kevin Burkhardt, Greg Olsen and Erin Andrews, the America's Game of the Week crew that will this week call the New York Giants' matchup with the Dallas Cowboys.

The 49ers have already had one game called by Davis and Johnston this season. They were in the booth for the Niners' Week 1 rout of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

San Francisco will hope they once again prove a good luck charm. If Davis and Johnston end up calling another 49ers blowout win, that will answer a lot of questions about a Super Bowl contender that may well have lost the faith of many with a surprising losing run.
