Much has already changed in terms of personnel since the San Francisco 49ers' 2023 season came to an end with a heartbreaking overtime defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 58.

A host of players involved in that game have moved on to pastures new while there have also been changes to the coaching staff.

The 49ers are already putting their plans to get back to the Super Bowl in the 2024 season into action, and the page will officially turn to the new season when the Niners begin their offseason workout program.

Here are the dates for each phase of the Niners' offseason program:

First Day: April 15

OTA Offseason Workouts: May 20-21, May 23, May 28-29, May 31

Mandatory Minicamp: June 4-6

This month's NFL Draft is still the primary concern and we're a long way away from the Niners putting the pads back on, but if any 49ers players are still thinking about what might have been after Super Bowl 58, they don't have much longer to switch their focus to the future.
