We are just two weeks away from the 2025 NFL Draft.

The San Francisco 49ers had a lot of key players depart from them this offseason, but have a whopping 11 picks in the draft to help round out their roster, including four in the top 100.

That gives them the opportunity to select several players who can make an instant impact, while also transforming their roster into being young and affordable. San Francisco's first-round pick is at 11th overall.

A to Z Sports Conference Editor Charles Goldman recently released a first-round mock draft that features a perfect scenario falling into the 49ers' lap. Let's examine his pick for S.F. and analyze it below.

OT Armand Membou, Missouri

"The 49ers will run to the podium and hand-deliver his draft card if Membou is still available when they come on the clock. He's the perfect fit for Kyle Shanahan's wide zone blocking scheme. He might be viewed as a potential successor for Trent Williams, who is nearing the end of a potential Hall of Fame career. In the meantime, he could play right tackle instead of Colton McKivitz, who might be better suited for a reserve role after Jaylon Moore left in free agency." – Charles Goldman

A lot of mock drafts have Membou going in the top 10, so S.F. nabbing him at No. 11 would be a great value. Membou is arguably the best offensive tackle in this year's class, ranking first at his position in athleticism score during the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine.

Membou is technically sound with his hand and footwork, while also possessing elite agility to block out in space in the running game. He is a bit undersized, but is quick enough to matchup against speedy pass rushers. If the 49ers are able to select Membou, they would be wise to plug him in as their starting RT, then switch him to left when Trent Williams calls it a career.
