Trent Williams is not thought to be fully recovered from the ankle injury that has kept him out of the last two San Francisco 49ers losses.
It doesn't matter, he's playing anyway.
As reported earlier on Sunday by ESPN's Adam Schefter, Williams will play against the Jacksonville Jaguars after declaring his intention to do so to the team despite being less than 100 percent. That was confirmed as the 49ers released their inactives for a huge Week 10 clash.
49ers inactives vs. Jaguars
- QB Brandon Allen (emergency QB)
- RB Tyrion Davis Price
- LB Jalen Graham
- TE Brayden Willis
- OG Aaron Banks
- DL Kalia Davis
- LB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles
Inactives observations
Away from Williams' risky decision, the 49ers also got good news on defensive tackle Javon Hargrave, whose knee flared up during Thursday's practice.
Hargrave is good to go, but there is still no 49ers debut for fellow defensive tackle Kalia Davis, who is inactive despite defensive end Drake Jackson being placed on injured reserve with a knee issue.
Flannigan-Fowles (ankle) misses out. Curtis Robinson's elevation from the practice squad indicated that would be the case.
