The San Francisco 49ers will have Deebo Samuel available for the NFC Championship Game.

Samuel does not have an injury designation in the Niners' final status report ahead of Sunday's matchup, the versatile wide receiver having suffered a shoulder injury in the first half of San Francisco's thrilling divisional round win over the Green Bay Packers.

He missed practice on Wednesday but was back in a limited capacity on Thursday and was full go with no restrictions during Friday's final practice as the 49ers look to progress to the franchise's eighth Super Bowl and first since the 2019 season.

Having lost Samuel early in the game, the 49ers' offense struggled for long periods against the Packers, San Francisco having clearly built much of its gameplan around him in wet conditions at Levi's Stadium.

No such inclement weather is forecast on Sunday, but Samuel's mere presence alongside Offensive Player of the Year frontrunner and MVP finalist Christian McCaffrey should put a significant strain on a Detroit pass defense that ranked 29th in yards per play allowed (6.69) during the regular season and gave up a league-high 69 plays of 20 yards or more.

It remains to be seen how Samuel's shoulder, which was earlier reported by NFL Media's Ian Rapoport as being very badly bruised, will respond to contact.

But him being available to pose as a threat to a clearly vulnerable opponent increases the chances of the Niners putting up enough points to progress to Super Bowl 58.

Linebacker Oren Burks was listed as questionable with a shoulder injury sustained in practice. Kalia Davis is also questionable with an ankle injury, the 49ers opened the defensive tackle's practice window earlier this week.
