The NFL has officially released the dates and times of the entire 2023 preseason schedule.

We've known the opponents and locations for all three of the 49ers' preseason slate, but now we know when they will be played. All three of the 49ers' opponents are AFC teams.

Since the 49ers will have only eight home games during the regular season, they'll play two of three exhibition games at Levi's Stadium. 

49ers 2023 Preseason Schedule

• Week 1 @ Las Vegas Raiders, August 13 at 4:00pm ET
• Week 2 vs. Denver Broncos, August 19 at 8:30pm ET
• Week 3 vs. Los Angeles Chargers, August 25 at 10:00pm ET

The 49ers will open the preseason on the road before staying home for their final two games. 

All three of their opponents are in the AFC West, and none are teams they will meet during the regular season. 

With the 49ers still searching for their Week One QB, these games could be pivotal in determining who takes the reins at the position.  

The 49ers were not assigned any nationally televised preseason games.
