San Francisco faces the Detroit Lions in a rematch of the NFC Championship Game on Monday Night Football in its final home game, before ending the season on the road against the Arizona Cardinals.
Injuries and a failure to finish games in the fourth quarter defined the Niners' season, and the Cardinals are a fitting final opponent given one of San Francisco's worst collapses came in a shock Week 5 home loss to Arizona.
